Draw or Nap #1

girl reading sitting on a swing with a cat
nap paradise, 2022
I started this piece a while and only finished it now. I suppose I can add more things, do more with the shading but for now it seems pretty finished to me.

  1. I like your drawing. She does not look like taking a nap. Is that title a Question? In that case: Draw! Napping leaves me 'half-dead' for hours, while draving is refreshing (I draw way too little).

    1. Charlotte: Draw or nap is not much of a question. I'm can be quite lazy sometimes. But definitely drawing is refreshing as you can because you're doing something not only with your mind but with your hands.

Thank you for coming by. Have a lovely day.

    1. Greg: I keep drawing a lot of sleeping cats or dogs, don't know why but animals are definitely creatures that do a lot of napping.

Thank you for coming by. Have a lovely day.

  3. I do love my naps (which keep me sane(ish). And how I wish I could draw.

    1. Elephant's Child: I don't do much napping but I do like the idea of napping now and then. You can draw if if it's something you like doing, doesn't matter if you end up with any good pieces or not.

Thank you for coming by. Have a lovely day.
