Some Favorite Book Dedications

This week's Top Ten Tuesday is Books with Geographical Terms in the Title (Submitted by Lisa of Hopewell) but I'm not doing that. I'm listing some favorite book dedications. There aren't that many creative dedications since most authors just named names. I have read every book on the list aside from #7, #9 and #10.
