What's the hardest part about blogging for you?

This week's Tell Me Something Tuesday is: What's the hardest part about blogging for you?
I guess my answer would be actually posting something. It's not that I couldn't do it, it's just that I'm indecisive of what to post. I guess my years of blogging had made me a little lazier or more relax about blogging. Even when I have ideas or even when I have written a post, I don't seem to want to hit that publish button. The only time I seem to be blogging is challenges and memes (such as Words for Wednesday, Top Ten Tuesday) and this one you're reading now. I think they are enough to keep me blogging for a while. I do occasionally post something unrelated to these memes but I do what I have always done, make it up as I go along.

So what about you? What's the hardest part about blogging for you?

[ Tell Me Something Tuesday was originally created by Heidi but is now hosted by Berls, Jen, Karen, Linda and Roberta. ]

    1. Elephant's Child: You will never know what interest people so maybe what you think of dull might not be to other people. Who knows. But I guess I'm like you because I do sort of post the same old same old.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a lovely day.

    1. Karen: I think whatever the reason, if we're posting, it's a good thing.

  3. I have two equally big problems:
    1. Finding out what to write without being too grumpy.
    2. A lack of readers.
    And a bonus: Fighting Blogger!

    1. Charlotte: 1 - I also try to be more positive with my posts because I don't want to depress people but posting about your complaints really is therapeutic and people with similar complaints will definitely understand.

2 - Same here. But it's also my fault for moving urls.

Fighting Blogger - I guess I didn't have as many problems as you with Blogger but I can understand. Sometimes it really is hard to understand why Blogger does the things they do.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a lovely day.

  4. I hate when I get in a reading slump and suddenly don't want to write about or review any of the books I'm reading, or NOT reading as the case may be, because then I don't know what to post about.

    1. Lark: I guess that's a lot of book blogger's problem. But you can post about things unrelated to books.

    1. WendyW: What's that saying how there is no new ideas, just new way of doing them? So I get why it's harder to find some unique ideas for blogging.

  6. Good question. Blogging is not hard for me I think it is that I am a natural journal keeper. It is kind of like keeping a diary.

    1. Christine: I wish I am like you and post like I'm writing a diary. I'm too lazy for that.

  7. "make it up as I go along" That's a good way. :) Same here. And yeah I do that too. sometimes I have an idea for a post and I just... don't. That happened with me this week on Top Ten Tuesday. I was going to do it and then just didn't...

    1. Greg: Everything I do is 'make it up as I go along' because I'm not a planner. I did saw one of your post on my blogger reading list that is not on your blog. I also sometimes revert a post even before anyone got to read it.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a lovely day.

  8. Insightful, maybe that is the case for me then too, after so many years I am lazier, and I more relaxed, and I guess that is good! :D

  9. For me, the hardest part is finding motivation to post when I'm in a reading slump...

    1. Lectrice Vorace: Same here but more of a blogging slump as I don't really write book reviews.
