This February, I am the host for Words for Wednesday. Words for Wednesday is started by Delores and continued by Elephant's Child who sadly passed away. River at Drifting through life is our new coordinator but the prompts are provided and hosted by various people and hosted on various blogs. The aim of Words for Wednesday is to encourage us to write using some or all of the prompts.
This week's prompts are:
1. black eye
2. car wash
3. mud bath
4. jelly bean
5. duct tape
Charlotte's color for February is Electric Rose (#f00699) which you can see it better here.
You may write your piece in the comments or post it on your blog. If posting on your blog, please leave a direct link to the post so we can all visit you. Have fun writing!

Deletemessymimi ; Una bona histĂČria, llegida i comentada. ;-)
DeleteThank you for the words, I'll work on a story for Friday.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad this continues on. I loved visiting and seeing what people wrote and worried it would come to an end.
ReplyDeleteI got a black eye at the car wash after my car's mud bath. The soap smelled like jelly beans and got in my eyes...which resulted in self sabotage...and a black eye. If you tell anyone about this I will duct tape your mouth shut.
That's a very succinct story, nice use of the promts!
DeleteExcellent use of the words đ

This what google translated: Here's my story:
DeleteThe rain was pouring down hard and Marc decided to take shelter in an abandoned CAR WASH. As he entered, a damp smell enveloped him as his eyes adjusted to the darkness. Suddenly, something glittered on the ground and he approached, ready to examine it, when he heard a noise behind him. He quickly turned around and his heart stopped when he saw a figure with a VELVET EYE, filling the place with a disturbing smile. Cautiously, he approached and that's when he saw the open box full of adhesive tape arranged in a disturbing way. The figure was holding one in his hands, while whispering:
—Would you like a MUD BATH?— Before he could react, he offered him a deal in a creepy voice.
—If you want to get out of here alive, you will have to swallow this pill, chewing it slowly like a JELLY CANDY...
While the wind whipped through the workshop and unable to escape, Marc realized that this place was not what it seemed and felt a chill run down his spine. Suddenly, the sound of the ADHESIVE TAPE pulled him out of his thoughts and he immediately fell to the ground, unconscious.
When he opened his eyes, it was already daylight... the rain had stopped... no one was there... he was covered in mud from head to toe and couldn't move... his hands and feet were tied with ELECTRIC PINK adhesive tape...
Thank you very much!
